St. Martin CBO has a clear vision for growth and expansion. Geographic Expansion plans include extending operations to three additional counties (Kisumu, Siaya, and Nyamira) by 2028, responding to community requests and identified needs, following the organization's proven model of gradual entry, community consultation, and partnership development. Programmatic Innovation involves developing new programming areas such as digital literacy and technology access for rural communities, climate change adaptation and environmental conservation, youth employment and entrepreneurship incubation, mental health and psychosocial support services, and elder care and intergenerational programming. Institutional Strengthening focuses on key development priorities including the establishment of an endowment fund for long-term sustainability, development of social enterprises to generate local revenue, strengthening of monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems, enhanced staff capacity through professional development programs, and technology upgrades for improved program delivery and communication.

St. Martin CBO is implementing a comprehensive Diversified Funding Portfolio strategy targeting increased government funding through county development partnerships, corporate social responsibility partnerships with Kenyan businesses, individual donor development through storytelling and impact communication, foundation grants aligned with organizational competencies, and social enterprise revenue generation. Furthermore, Community Resource Mobilization is being strengthened, recognizing the importance of local ownership. This includes community fundraising events and campaigns, local business partnerships and sponsorships, volunteer engagement and in-kind contributions, and skills-based volunteering from community professionals.

St. Martin Community-Based Organization (CBO) is a dynamic faith-based community development agency established to transform lives and communities across western Kenya. Founded on Christian principles of love, compassion, and service, the organization has been at the forefront of empowering vulnerable populations, particularly children, youth, and women, in Homabay, Kisumu, Migori, Siaya, Kisii, and Nyamira Counties.
