Leadership Structure
The organization’s leadership includes a Board of Directors comprising seven members representing diverse professional backgrounds such as theology, education, health, agriculture, and business. The board provides strategic oversight and ensures adherence to Christian principles and the organizational mission. The Executive Director, Kennedy Otieno Onguny, is a seasoned community development practitioner with over 25 years of experience in faith-based programming and women's empowerment. He is supported by specialized Program Directors for each thematic area: a Children and Youth Development Director, a Women's Empowerment Director, an Emergency Response Coordinator, and a Health and Nutrition Program Manager
Organizational Capacity
St. Martin CBO’s Human Resources include 25 full-time staff members and over 150 trained volunteers across the six counties. Staff qualifications span social work, public health, agriculture, education, theology, and project management. The Financial Capacity reflects an annual operating budget of approximately $650,000 USD, with funding secured from international donors, local partnerships, government grants, and community contributions. Comprehensive policies and guidelines on Finance, procurement and logistics, code-of conduct, and safeguarding are in place. The organization's Infrastructure features main offices in Oyugis town, with satellite offices in each operational county. It owns three vehicles, maintains a resource centre with computer facilities, and operates a demonstration farm for agricultural training
